Returns policy

Returns policy

Last updated: 25 June 2026

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or unsealed items. Eligible unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@grenley.co.uk. Please note that returns may only be sent to the address provided by us when authorising the return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@grenley.co.uk.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours, together with photographs, if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the issue and may affect your entitlement to a refund or replacement.

Non-returnable items
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed or consumed, except where they are faulty. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or replacements based on personal taste, flavour preference or subjective expectations. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Natural product variations
Our products are natural agricultural products and may vary in colour, aroma, flavour profile, texture and appearance between harvests, batches and production runs. Product images are illustrative only and should not be regarded as exact representations. Such natural variations are normal and shall not constitute defects or grounds for any refund, exchange or replacement.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order.

Refunds
Refunds are processed only after returned items have been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Cancellation rights
Under UK consumer law, customers may cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving their order. This right does not apply to sealed food products once they have been opened or unsealed.

Incorrect delivery information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and complete. Grenley Limited shall not be responsible for delays, losses or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Refusal of returns
Grenley Limited reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange or replacement request that does not comply with this policy or with applicable law.
