Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Where practical, we will notify you of any significant delay.

 

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

 

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Whilst we will use reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, adverse weather, customs procedures (where applicable), industrial action or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment is completed. Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

 

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional delivery charges arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@grenley.co.uk and include your order number together with photographs of the packaging and affected items where possible. Prompt notification helps us investigate the issue with the courier and determine the appropriate resolution.
